Selling on German Market

I am planning to sale one of our ASIN in German market, It is our Brand product.
However there is a no option to switch it on, in German market, it shows " ASIN is hidden in this market place" please see attached image.
Anyone have a idea how to activate offer in German market, would be greatly appreciated.

You need to actually create it on the German market first.
Assuming of course that the listing doesn’t exist.
If it does, you will need to link it using the BIL tool.

Can we send the shipment directly to German FC from UK ? as we have a few asins live in German market, what is the requirement ? is there any custom clearance in Germany ? we do not want to use EFN. TIA

Hello, Yes we are VAT registered and have a German VAT number, we also have a fiscal representation who submit our VAT on Germany, we do not have a importer of record at the moment, please advise ?

Hello, My tax advisor has confirmed Germany is a non-fiscal representation country. so only importer of Record is required.
