Setting different shipping rates
Hi everyone 
So I have checked other threads but other users are asking something slightly different to myself so I hope I have started a non duplicate thread, please do not beat me if I have 
So my question is can I set separate shipping rates so that customers can choose to have Free standard delivery or if they wish they can pay for a better service ?
For example on E-Bay I have my shipping set to 2nd Class Standard Letter for Free but they also have the option if they wish to choose to pay for 1st class or special delivery etc.
Hope this makes sense.

Yes - in a way
You can offer free standard 2nd class
For a faster option, you can tick one day or two day shipping on the template which is premium shipping
I’d advise two day to cover delays to NI
Note though that premium must be shipped same day if ordered before 2pm and has to be sent fully tracked
There are metrics to adhere to as well - performance - account health - eligibilities
