SFP no other options to buy shipping
We have recently been asked to join Seller fulfilled pime. as soon as the agent signed me up she stopped answering my calls. I have a problem with the postage some of my parcels are large letters but i only have an option to buy 24hrs tracked parcel. I have tried to check different sizes of the letter but it still comes up with the same amount and shipping option the other shipping options are greyed out. do I need to change something in my settings?
I am currently booking by large letters via clic and drop but i think this will affect my performance score and Prime can be taken away from me. Can anyone help?

We did tracked 24 royal mail on our own account but via buy shipping/api but they have now dropped that out so its standard until such a time this crisis is over. Tracked 48 was never an option even on 2 day prime shipping. If you do prime you will just have to build in the shipping costs that go with it im afraid but at this moment in time, with the crisis affecting all shipping Prime is going to be extremely difficult for you to manage and keep imo.
