hi i have created a shipment printed labels etc but UPS never came and still haven’t been. My question is can i cancel my shipment on seller central as i have decided now that i don’t want to send this stock in as sales has stopped. Thanks

If its been over 24 hours since creating the shipment and you used ups as partnered carrier, you don’t have to ship it but you will have already been charged

Just to make sure, you do know you have to book collection direct with UPS?

Did you contact ups directly to request a pickup? Amazon do not do this for you.
