Shipment delivery cost £268 instead of £25
Hi
I’m sending a shipment to UK fulfilment centre RM18 7AN from within UK. I’m using Amazon-Partnered Carrier UPS.
The shipment is 7 boxes and total weight is 84kg. The estimated delivery cost is £268.21. I’ve sent 7 similar size boxes before many times and I calculate the shipment cost should be about £25.

I know this is an error but I’m not sure how to correct it.
I’ve deleted and then recreated the shipment but no luck.
Also, deleted my computer cache, cookies, history, etc. and tried different internet browsers but no luck.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
Any suggestion highly appreciated.

Have you not searched the forum before creating your thread? It would be the sensible thing to do and you will easily find that there are many, many, many more threads just like yours

Yes I’ve just noticed the same problem for a UK FC bound UPS shipment - thought I was going mad!
Normally I pay about £3.90 for a 15kg box, now they are after £58+, this was 10 mins ago.
Tried the same shipment recreation but same result.

I have just had the exact same- 18kg shipment usually about £15 being charged £103. I’m hoping it’s just an error this evening and will fix by tomorrow!
