Shipping setting changed without my knowledge
Hi everyone
I have all my items with a 2 day handling time.
But on Sunday 2 people each purchased 1 item and the orders appears as “to ship by Monday 7th Feb”.
I do not offer any kind of faster shipping option.
I missed shipping these orders as they should be impossible to exist, now I have late dispatch metrics.
Could this be some kind of Amazon glitch? I sell several items everyday for years and never have I seen this.

There was a glitch of this kind on the US over the Christmas period. With Amazon, nothing is impossible.

On your seller central manage orders page , you can sort the orders by ‘dispatch date’ so that you can ensure you are dispatching on time
They, presuming they are still standard orders, can still just be shipped standard 2nd class
Go into the asins in your inventory and check the handling time set on there
