I’m having the exact same issue. I have been sending my small and light inventory into EUKB for the past couple of years with no issues. In the last few weeks I noticed the automatic change to this Dunstable warehouse (LTN4) and immediately started having issues with part of my inventory not being received or not even being received at all. Last week I sent in over 2000 products and only 400 odd have been received so far and nothing seems to be updating, I’m only a few days off the reconcile date!

I’m quite concerned about this as I’m reluctant to send more stock in for it to go missing.

This LTN4 is obviously the code for a new small and light storage department, Amazon must be expanding small and light which is fine but not when it causes sellers big issues in the process.

Does anyone have anymore info on this? I don’t see the point in talking to SS as it will just be the same old robotic response.

Cheers,
Rob

This is an email I got a week ago:

Dear Seller,

We are writing to let you know the exciting news that the FBA Small and Light (SnL) UK Programme is expanding even further, and we are adding an additional Fulfilment Centre (FC) named LTN4 .

In contrast to our current dedicated SnL FCs, LTN4 handles standard FBA products and will be deploying a dedicated area specifically for SnL selection. In light of this, from 8th July your SnL shipments may be routed to LTN4 .

As long as your offers are successfully enrolled onto SnL and your shipments are routed to either EUKA, EUKB, EUKD, and/or LTN4, you will continue to benefit from the SnL features. We will not split any SnL shipment between FCs, however we may rotate your shipments between these four FCs.

As per the SnL prep requirements, if you are inbounding your SnL shipments using one FBA barcode per bundle (as opposed to individually labelling every item), we kindly request that from now on you use the Prepare Products tab in your Shipment Creation workflow to indicate that Amazon will be doing the preparation. You can do this by simply selecting ‘Amazon’ from the ‘Who Prepares?’ drop down on the Prepare Products tab.

Please note you will not be charged for this service; however it will help us process your shipments as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you are labelling every individual SnL unit, you do not need to take this action.

Please do not hesitate to either email fba-snl-contactus@amazon.co.uk, or contact Seller Support if you have any questions.

Thanks,

The Small and Light Team

Btw. “Small and light team” sounds… nice. :stuck_out_tongue:

Are you able to send SnL with standard items to LTN4?

Here some screen shots of my woes with LTN4, some shipments did actually go though 100%, but its clear LTN4 stands out as the problem FC.

The second screenshot is a breakdown of one of the problem shipments. Notice how some packages are being received as 1 unit and all units within said bundle being ignored. Unless they are using dumb ‘Standard FBA’ wheelie robots in receiving, I can’t believe even a blindfolded human can miss the fact that there is probably more than 1 greeting card in a 3 inch thick see-through bundle! or maybe they just don’t give a rats…

What annoys me about all this is the fact that Amazon are making mistakes.

I understand that everyone makes mistakes but Amazon still takes a zero tolerance attitude to sellers making mistakes. You would think with the amount of mistakes they make they would recognise that mistakes happen.

It is the same with the amount of items they refund that get lost in the post. They have loads but expect us to have zero.
