Solo transfer Account change to Private company Account

Hello

I have lost all hope!! :cry:

I transferred my store from Solo transfer Account change to Private company Account. When I done this I lost complete access to my account and shop!

I tried to recover the account by resetting the password, however, it stated no account was active with this email. I tried to reach out to Amazon who said sign up again. All this time my shop is still active and selling stock.

I have now made this new account with a store name change and reached out to amazon who have been no help at all. I even showed them that I am getting emails about the original store but don’t care. Can anyone help please. I have lots of money and stock just in limbo what I can’t claim or get hold of

Have you tried logging into your buying account using the original details? Often easier to reset from that side

Is this now a third account if the last one was a 2nd and this is another new one?

Yes I have tried logging in at the same time but won’t work only brings up the single account. Amazon are saying they can’t give me the money back or stock as they can’t even see the other shop is linked to me. It’s so frustrating and heartbreaking

I used the transfer button on the account page. Amazon seller team advised me to do this. I have one login details but two shops. One shop I can’t access what has stock and funds and this shop is this empty and new

Did you submit all the ltd company documents and bank account details? Just wondering if it was mid transfer when you tried to log in and then creating a new account under the same email has broken the system somehow…

If the products are still available to buy its not like the account has gone or been suspended

I only created a new account when I couldn’t login and I did wait 2 weeks before doing that. Yes uploaded all new documents ect. Both are on U.K. co.uk sites

So I the original account with email address A!

After making the transfer of account lost access.

I tried using account A to login but didn’t work. Got ask to make a new account.

Make new account with email B what I asked to be transferred to the shop Party Devil what amazon said they can’t do. Amazon said close account B and open on account A again.

Opened new account on account A with similar shop name and still won’t link up
