Im from Greece, and I recently opened a seller account.
i have uploaded 2 clear photo images (back & front) of my GREEK OFFICIAL NATIONAL ID CARD ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_identity_card) and i get an alert back saying that document is invalid!
i have already chatted and sending emails to Amazon asking them exactly what type of document do they want, and every time i do not get a specific answer that will help me to continue.
any help will be appreciated

Shocking that Amazon can’t just reply and say something like
"Sorry but your document doesn’t comply due to XXX. Please resubmit your document by doing XXX."
OR
"Sorry but your XXX is not valid due to XXX. We also accept XXX or XXX."
Instead of:
"Your document isn’t valid, we cannot continue with verification. We may not reply to further emails."

Individual sellers’ Points of Contact and Business Owners: You may be requested to provide the following documents:
Full valid passport
National Identity Card
Driver’s Licence (UK Citizens only)
Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Credit Card Statement addressed to the individual and dated from the past 90 days

Just wonder if the issue is that your ID card is in Greek and its not an ‘standard’ language for Amazon - thats the only option I can come up with

In the back of my mind I have it saying a UK address is also required, most probably to do with something else but worth exploring.

Kindly upload your Documents proper scanned and must not be bit Blurry .(you can submit in .jpg ,png or as well as in PDF format
