Stranded Inventory - Reason: "Please verify your account status"
Just created my Amazon individual seller account and converted to FBA, ordered my first shipment to Amazon warehouses which arrived fine but now my inventory is stranded and the reason is “Please verify your account status” when I go to my account info it says " You currently have limited access to Amazon Selling Services" “Your information is currently being validated. We will contact you if additional information is required.”
I opened two cases with Amazon and both got “transferred”
Does anyone know what I should do to release the inventory?

You shouldn’t have sent stock to FBA until your account was fully verified. You can’t sell it until that’s happened so it’s pointless. I believe it will get unstranded if/when you are verified but verification is currently taking months, not weeks
