Subscribe and Save file upload?

Hi all,

I seem to be missing where I can actually upload my .txt file to add a product to subscribe and save.

Im eligible etc etc but the instructions at the link below take you to the Dashboard with no obvious upload button.

Any ideas? Seller Support just keep replying saying that I am eligible and with the below link.

I’m pretty sure, though not certain, that it was changed a while back.
So you can’t specify products that are S&S any more, Amazon decides whether it should be or not.
You only get the choice to opt in to the scheme.
Check back through the announcements, I’m pretty sure there was something, but not sure how long ago.

Anyone knows better, please shout!

I thought the same, however the semi-auto seller support replies suggest that I am eligible but not enrolled.

Im wondering if something went wrong… I found the below link / line that might help.

I emailed them but not heard back yet.

To enroll new products that have not been automatically enrolled, email fba-sns-help@amazon.com.

Interesting update…

the new EU specific email address sent me an auto reply straight away, which is more promising. However it said this :slight_smile:

We are currently experiencing a large influx of enrollment requests and will not manage to get back to you until the 30th of October.

Given we are in November…im guessing they still have a backlog but just haven’t updated the auto reply yet. Im hopeful ill have a reply back at some point…maybe 30th October 2035!
