Sudden Disbursement Not Instigated by Me
Since selling on Amazon (2014), the amount accumulated has ALWAYS disbursed every second week on a Monday and is in my bank account Thursday. The last disbursement was on the 20th of May 2019. All of a sudden today, at 01:48, I received an email advising me the disbursement has been successful (the standard disbursement email).
I was take aback by this as I wasn’t expecting the next disbursement until the 3rd of June, so I logged in to the site and can see that it is correct and the account to which has been disbursed is also correct (at least the last four digits are).
I have not requested this and it is no one else has access. Additionally, I have two-factor authentication setup.
Does anyone know how/why this happened? Has Amazon changed the frequency? The next disbursement is showing as the 3rd of June.

So you are concerned that Amazon are giving you the money YOIU have earnt earlier ? IE they are giving you YOUR money after one week instead of two ? Go and slap yourself really hard . No one can tell you what happened in your account. Possibly, Amazon will give you more information if you contact them.
The disbursement was most likely a part of the recent Amazon Payments processing entity change. They initiated some unexpected transfers and announced it in their e-mails. Maybe you missed the notices.

I’ve had exactly the same happen to me today, normally disbursement is once a fortnight on a Saturday, Amazon seem to have changed it to once a week on a Thursday which I didn’t ask for! It is worrying the way Amazon just do things like this out of the blue. I’m about to contact them about it.
