My account has suspended since 6th of october!!
I have sent my appeal more than 20 times, last time a got the following message:
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account.
I’ve talked to seller support several times, but they can’t help because the performance team is do this case!
I do not understand why they do not give an accurate answer?
Why not tell us exactly what they need?
My account was suspended for the following reason:

We have analyzed our listings to understand the cause of policy violations. These can be summarized as follows:
-We work closely with our suppliers and have a daily updated list of restricted or inauthentic items.
-The restricted items were made ‘inactive’ in Amazon by setting the available stock to Zero.
-Restricted items (previously made inactive by setting stock to zero) were allocated stock by the new system, resulting in restricted items being made active in our account.
We have closed all Amazon listings of inauthentic or restricted items, as opposed to making them out of stock.
We have identified the cause of the issue with restricted items and are now 100% confident that no further policy violations will occur.
Our Proposal for Ensuring Compliance with Amazon Policy
a.)Close Listing of inauthentic Restricted Items
We understand that the key issue is removing restricted items listings by closing the listing on Amazon and not making the item out of stock, as we have been doing. This step removes any future risk of restricted items being made in-stock and appearing as live listings.
b.)Regular Review of Restricted Items Policy
Carry out a regular review of restricted items in Amazon and work with our suppliers and warehouse team to ensure that we have an up to date list of restricted items.

It seems that you are trying to sell jewellery and shoes - both of these are gated categories where you have to get prior approval from Amazon to sell.
Also, you state you are operating a dropshipper shop - technically this is not allowed on Amazon (though it does happen !)

Your appeal won’t be accepted.
You need to remove these products from your inventory first. Then submit an appeal explaining what went wrong and why these were listed without first getting approval from Amazon (it doesn’t matter if your partner is a licensed distributor - this is Amazon’s world and they rule with an iron fist).
Then tell them precisely what elements of their policies you have consulted (sending them links would help) to fully understand the rules around selling on Amazon and how you’ll use that to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Getting banned for unauthorised sale is a nightmare. In the past I’ve seen it can take months to undo this issue.

My account had suspended because of a similar problem when i started a business!
I was a new seller on Amazon and I didn’t really know what to do, so I made another account I thought I could continue selling there but not!
I deleted that account later and resolved this issue, but it looks like it has reappeared!
So this is the reason to this account connecting another account!
So this is really hard to work out for you.
You have been doing dropshipping before on this account and when collapsed for obvious reasons, so you tried to create new account to do the same mistakes…
From what you just said, I can hardly see you getting any of those accounts back on, sorry…

The screen shot you provided above is just from the contact us page. What details on on the main page of your account? Can you give us a screen shot of that page?
It would usually have either temporarily suspended or deactivated etc etc. what can indicate different levels of the suspension

After reviewing the information provided I understand that you have authenticity issues on the account.
Before providing the plan of action make sure you delete the ASIN’s as promised in the plan of action.
Plan of action provided by you seems very generic and do not address issues of your account.
You have provided the reason why you do not have invoices but you need to add more steps about why you think that this has issue occurred on your account which is not described in the plan of action.
As a part of
preventive measure you have mentioned that you will review and remove the listings on daily basis, you need to add steps about how are you going to review those details and what steps you would include in the review process to avoid such issues in the future.
As mentioned above you have provided information about the restricted content on the platform. It’s always good to review the listings but as here the review are regarding the authenticity of products hence provide a plan of action which is more specific to authenticity issues.
I would suggest you to add more details about the listings and also regarding the source of supplier.
Regarding the authenticity documents you need to provide the document which is provided by the brand owner to your wholesaler that he is the authorized distributor for his brand and you are saying you are drop shipper you can provide the agreement you have with your drop shipper.
Make all the necessary changes and provide your appeal to the team, so that they can help you with the account.
