Suspended EU Accounts - VAT
Our selling privileges have been revoked in Spain and France due to not being VAT registered in those countries.
However, we are VAT exempt as we don’t import/stock inventory in those countries. We fulfill all EU orders from Germany (where we do have a VAT number).
When digging deeper, I found in our Multi-Country Inventory Report that we have a couple of units in FBA Spain and France. They must have been customer returns.
How can I explain to Seller Support that we are VAT exempt and that this inventory is from customer returns only?
Also, how can we prevent this from happening in the future?

Unfortunately many others have reported over the years that returns have caused their various eu sites to require vat registration

I’ve also discovered I have 4 items in Poland but I can’t find them to remove them, they show on my inventory report though
