Suspended - No Disbursement - waited 90 days
Anybody else have issues speaking to someone remotely helpful?
Suspended back in March, (all issues were resolved, POA has been submitted etc etc) no joy - will not lift the suspension.
Advised to wait 90 days, which i have done, and then another 90 days after that.
Sent numerous emails over the last 3 months, telephoned to be fobbed off with “we only have access to email the relevant department”
i’m at my witts end. its just over £12,000 that amazon are with-holding from me.
They’ve never checked with my supplier (i know this for a fact) despite me providing all the relevant information.
every avenue appears to be a dead end!

The Small Claims Court might be suitable although the limit is £10K but as you are suspended and won’t be coming back, it’s an easy and cheap route to your money.
It sounds like there is an authenticity issue and if that’s the case, your money may be lost for ever as Amazon may withhold those funds. They may have deemed that your supplier is not an authorised distributor or maybe has a history of supplying fakes.
I apologise if it’s not that, just trying to help.

thats strange, because the supplier has lots of amazon customers… the fact they haven’t bothered to check is worrying.

Amazon would have requested supplier or manufacturer invoices to clear the authenticity claim , these should be sent to seller-performance-policy@amazon.co.uk including the ASIN , this should also be shown on your Seller account under account health / Product Policy Compliance / Product Authenticity Customer Complaints / Appeal. If the invoices are not accepted they will normally reply , if you cannot provide these Amazon will not resinstate the account the funds will remain on hold , there is no time framce on this , there are other threads of sellers waiting 6 months or more without resolution,
Amazon require;
• Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
• Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.
