Total Balance Not Updated
We had a disbursement as usual today but the “total balance” on the dashboard hasn’t decreased… just wondered if this happened to anyone else? I only raise it as we updated our on file card earlier in the week as we had a new one sent… However, we called seller support and updated it to the new one and there’s no error message… and we’ve had an e-mail to say the payout has been sent and it’s listed as being sent to the bank today on the summary page… prob just me worrying over nothing just wanted to check.

My total balance has not increased at all today, just says zero? unless I click on it to take me to the Payments Dashboard screen and then I can see the running balance (after fees), hopefully just a bug in the system?

My blance on seller central info bar went up when I first shipped a couple of items today but since then has frozen completely. Again the figures have increased correctly on the payments section. It looks like they’re having problems with the system that updates the top bar and because it’s a non critical piece of finctionality I guess they’ll be going through the proper testing methods before applying the fix.

I have had the same issue, noticed it today after our dispersant yesterday. Merchant filled orders we ship increase our ‘total balance’. However FBA orders are shipped all day and no increase at all in the balance.
The transactions are available to view and add up in the payments section but total balance is incorrect and the dispersement projection is wrong. Im glad others have this issue, I contacted Amazon support and they have a person looking into it. Makes me a bit stir crazy though, hopefully its just a blip and they will have it resolved soon, I will update when I get a solid response.

Same here, I processed a disbursement yesterday and the balance on the home screen of Seller Central hasn’t updated / decreased at all.
I did notice yesterday when processing the disbursement that when viewing the ‘Payments Dashboard’, it gave me the updated actual total prior to and after completing the disbursement.

Yep this started yesterday. Contacted SS think I’d have been better off speaking to a bauble! They said it was because of my vtr rate ( postman not scanning on delivery) and they were holding funds back however I did a full disbursement this morning!
My hubby is a postie and he has noticed more and more parcels with a scan me label on so may start doing this too

Yesterday late afternoon untill going to bed our Italian marketplace was showing 0 EUR even when going into the page, it seems to have fixed itself overnight for Italy. This morning it’s Spain. What’s going on? Can’t disburse because of this either.
