I suggest you buy another product locally. List it and then send related documents of that product with physical images.

Amazon does not allow such stickers to be pasted on these products since they are easily removable. The information should ideally be printed on the product. EU toys and safety guidelines clearly states that it should be an EU address, in your case a UK address with Company name, email or contact number is mandatory.
Another Problem i see with the stickers is there is no Item no mentioned. So amazon cannot identify the product images you sent in the invoice you provided. Item number on the image will help spot the same product in the invoice.
I faced a similar problem and it took me 3 months to get approved till i actually figured out the fault on my side.
You should also have a DOC (Declaration of Confirmity) from the supplier. Its an easy format available online. Print it and ask your manufacturer to sign it.
Next year onwards instead of CE markings UK will need UKCA marking on all toys.
Happy to help if you have more questions.

They appear to have been very clear about what they want - not happy with your invoice supplier, and your item doesn’t meet the strict EU labelling requirements. If your supplier is Alibaba or similar Chinese supplier then its very difficult to get them accepted.

Its also almost impossible for a new seller to be allowed to sell in Toys category - they like to see some goods selling history first.

You still need to know if it’s been safety tested and have the documentation even if you sell on ebay

Have you got a picture of the product with the certification mark actually on it?

The CE mark needs to be permanently affixed, not just a label slapped on. Also, it may be the quality of your photograph but the CE mark does not look crisp and clear, it looks like it has been copied from somewhere else. As has been stated here, you need to have the required documentation to prove that it HAS in fact been CE tested and not that some Chinese fly-by-night character has just copied it.

Neither pro forma or commercial invoices are acceptable to Amazon, nor are invoices directly from Alibaba.

As @The_Little_Shop says above, though this will only prove that you have paid, it will not prove that the CE mark is legitimate. You will also need a Declaration of Conformity.

Looks like amz have programmed the bots to not accept alibaba invoices due to it being a big competitor.

Infact any company who is not a major company will be rejected. Which is stupid but true.

Better to get yourself way far away for here. The replies are automated and bots are still self learning.

If you’re importing toys then I think you also need to obtain and keep the DOC plus technical documentation and make them available to any authorities (like trading standards)
