Transaction list not updating

HI…I sold 2 items overnight and dispatched them about 9 am today,one is showing in my transaction list (payments) but the other is not.and they normally show up within minutes,but now it’s over 3 hours.
I phoned SS but they were no help and said wait until the last delivery date! i have never had to wait so long before,
Anyone else have this??
