Unable to receive disbursement since 2018
I have had 0.45eu in my French sellers account since 2018. Amazon sets up a disbursement 2-3 times a month but it never arrives in my bank? Any ideas?
The bank account is verified and works fine in other EU countries.
I am now at the point where all I want to do is clear everything down so I can close my account but I am stuck in a never ending loop of close account - representative needs to look - sent link to close account again and back to square one…
I’m really sorry to bother you guys but I just don’t know what to do!!

From disbursement help page
Note: The minimum disbursement amount is GBP 1 unless you or we decide to close the selling account. In such cases, any remaining funds will be disbursed to you.
Try emailing disbursement-appeals@amazon.fr (presuming the French equivalent is fr not .com ?!) And see what they say
Otherwise, you’ll need to leave it dormant
