Unit count and carton count

Hello,

I would like some guidance on carton count. If I am sending a pallet of 40 boxes to Amazon each with 24 products inside (multi-pack) I assume…

The package quantity is 24
The unit count is 40
The carton count is also 40

Any help would be much appreciated.

If there are x24 units per box I would make that 960 units (24 units x 40 boxes)

Carton count (boxes) would be 40
