Upload item through excel sheet error

Hi,

While uploading a new product to catalogue, we are getting this message,

“Sorry, the seller has been blocked and cannot upload feeds in this marketplace”.

how do we resolve this and why do we get this?

I have strong suspicion, that the only people that can answer that one, are Amazon.
