UPS delivered but Amazon still sat at 'shipment created'

I created and sent off a shipment with UPS on the 24th February, since then tracking on the UPS website has notified me that it was delivered to the MAN1 (Manchester) amazon fulfilment warehouse.

However, now 10 days on from when this occurred, my shipment status is still sat at ‘shipment created’ on seller central and ‘shipped’ on the seller app… No idea what’s going on so would appreciate some help if anyone has had this occur before.

Just want a bit of clarity in whether my shipment is safe… I know some warehouses can get very backed up and especially the big ones but it has been 11 days since date of delivery to the fulfilment centre now.

Additional information:

UPS guy collected and scanned this parcel as normal, nothing went wrong.

It was 1 large parcel weighing 14kg but it has a lot of contents to it as most are S&L.

All my outstanding FBA shipments ( 2 ) are listed only as ‘Shipped’ ( by Me ) yet everything as far as i’m aware was collected immediately after i left them at a delivery depot. A little annoying as i want to know if they are safe. Im guessing its a software issue.

I am also seeing no tracking updates on Amazon for any of the 6 shipments we sent with UPS last week. This is different to what we usually see which would be each tracking event.
Amazon constantly change the way they do things, so (given we’re not alone in this) I am assuming changes are afoot.

I have just recently had a shipment take almost 4 weeks. I opened a case and got nowhere. I then emailed the MD and less than 24 hours later my shipment as if by magic appeared.

Track Shipment tool not working at all for me in Seller Central. Parcels been in shipped status since Thursday. No Live tracking like there normally is.

Further, the UPS site is down for me - anyone else? (tried on 2 devices)

Error (ups.com)

In terms of tracking inbound shipments this is a right old mess now.

You used to be able to see progress at a glance from the shipments page, now I have to keep using the UPS tracking page to see what’s going on.

I’ve got 3 in the wind at the moment. According to Amazon they are “ready to ship”, “shipped” and “in transit” respectively. In reality, one has been delivered (the “in transit” one) and the other two are sat at UPS Tamworth waiting for Amazon to call them in.

This also means that when I look at my FBA inventory page, the inbound stuff is not updating.

As I said, a right old mess.
