UPS Pickup - Not appear to be working

Have been trying to setup the UPS pickup today on the UPS UK website and will not proceed to sumary page. Keeps scrolling to top of page.

Are there any problems with the UPS site.

I spoke to them, apparently not being logged in solves the problem. Worked for me
