VTR Amazon Call! :D
I have just had Amazon on the phone telling me they will suspend my offers as my VTR is 85%.
He wasn’t aware of this…
Your offers will not be suspended if you have provided valid IDs, including for all parcels that have not been scanned by the carrier. This includes delivery confirmation only delivery methods (for example, RM 24 / 48
So he’s going to email me and I am going to send him the link to where it says that!
Talk about left hand right hand!

Just had this phone call. I was told that everything I send should be end to end tracked. I replied that this is not true. I said that if I buy Amazon shipping that isn’t end to end tracked and I was told not to use that either.
We use RM 24/48 and follow Amazon policy as per the screenshot above.
I am absolutely raging at the phone call I just had and the lack of understanding of the Amazon account health team of Amazon’s own policies.

I had the call (feel like I was doing a verbal POA ) but he was aware of the policy about validating unscanned parcels. I gathered from the call they validate them by how to message appears on royal mail as he quoted sometimes a parcel is not scanned with a message of “An update will only be provided when the item is delivered”. I assume this is what they ( amazon ) deem as valid but unscanned.It was a bit odd as he told me to raise a case via seller central to let amazon know that I was below 95%, I was like hmmm but you already know that. Anyway I didnt do it and so far my listings remain active.
