UPDATE: The issue seems to have been resolved, it must have been a temporary glitch between Amazon and Royal Mail not sending the correct information.

The issues with the tracking system with RM began on the 11th. I wonder if this is somehow related.

What dates were they delivered on? Did you buy the labels through Buy Shipping, Click and Drop, or a 3rd party app/site?

I haven’t seen anyone post it in a while, but I seem to remember there being a point in time when some people were having Valid IDs show up as the window shifted to include them, and then they would disappear from the report the next day or so.

To be safe I’d start a case with Seller Support just so you have something to point to, but as long as the info is listed correctly on both the report and the Order Details page, and the ‘Has Tracking ID’ column states “Yes”, I don’t think it will be a problem.

Hello @Waterproofs_UK,

Thank you for reaching out to the forum’s community.

From the post, we understand that you have concern regarding valid tracking rate.

We recommend you to check all tracking information and validate whether those are valid and take necessary action to get back on track at earliest.

We really appreciate your inputs @Postees1 in this regard.

Additionally, kindly draft a plan of action proactively for the same in below format and submit it to selling partner support by raising a case.

– The root cause(s) of the low valid tracking rate

– The actions you have taken to comply with Amazon’s Valid Tracking Rate Policy

– The steps you have taken to prevent violations of Amazon’s Valid Tracking Rate Policy going forward

**How do I maintain a healthy Valid Tracking Rate?

Kindly follow the steps mentioned:

  • Purchase shipping labels through Amazon’s Buy Shipping services

  • Choose carriers that are integrated with Amazon

  • Verify that the carrier name and tracking ID are entered correctly and belong to the same carrier

  • Confirm (and update if necessary) the tracking information before the carrier delivers the package to the customer
