Everything you need to know about selling on Amazon is found in the Seller University - link at the bottom of your seller homepage.
First of all you need to see if the item is already in the Amazon catalogue by searching for the item via barcode. If it is then you add to that catalogue page.
If not, or it does not have a barcode then you need to purchase them from GS1 or request exemption.
