When to "mark as shipped"
Hello all,
This is my first time selling on Amazon. I dropped of my box at UPS access point (a small hair shop). The lady there told me that UPS will pick up the box in the afternoon. I just input my tracking number on the UPS website and it says my package is “in transit”.
Should I “mark as shipped” or do I have to wait for UPS to email me/ give me a new tracking number?
Somebody please explain the process as well.

Mark as dispatched immediately- input the tracking details at the same time- as you will not have payment allocated to you until marked as dispatched on Amazon

Normally, orders should be marked as dispatched as soon as they leave your hands or at the time when the shipping label is created.
