When will we see our accounts suspended for vtr?
When do you think our accounts will be suspended if we are falling below 95%?

According to lizzie Totton on the webinar, late may. According to the help pages 19th May
However as has been pointed out, they also state vtr has a 14 day lag on PDD and thats not happening - its currently 10 days AND on 19th May, the dates used will be approx 11th April to 9th May
On the basis that vtr came in on 19th April, the EDD used should be the ones from items shipped from AFTER 19th April which therefore shouldn’t be on the report until beginning of June
And its category suspension, not account suspension (unless you sell in only 1 category)
@Jessica can you confirm the dates please

The fields only became mandatory on 19th, the dates they work on are for delivery and not dispatch, there is a 10 day buffer.
I would expect that the start of these orders to start to trickle into report period at the start of the beginning of next month, with that logic they should start affecting us at the beginning of June.
But we all know logic goes out the window with Amazon so who knows,
Also just to point out, I think account suspension is a last straw - I believe they said you could be restricted from selling FBM in affected categories.

I could do with knowing the date as when it kicks in and I can’t sell in my main categories, I’ll need to change my name from - ‘The Little Shop’ to ‘The Even Smaller Shop’ !!

Hopefully not the ‘Invisible Shop’…
I am increasingly puzzled as to the point of these forums.
Thousands of posts begging for help and advice from the mods because seller support itself is hopeless.
Many are detailed questions which require specific answers that sellers can only guess at.
All the while, hundreds of sellers not knowing if they will still have a livelihood come next month, thanks to a VTR policy that makes no sense.
And answers came there none…
If Amazon is actually trying to alienate its sellers, it’s doing a pretty good job.

The account Health Page still says for VTR;
"While orders with tracking tend to receive fewer A-to-z Guarantee claims and better seller feedback ratings, there is no direct penalty for not meeting the tracking performance target at this time."
Until there is no direct penalty changes - there will be no suspensions - I guess

VTR is not fit for purpose. We have 2 items showing with apparent invalid tracking numbers and yet the items were dispatched and have been delivered on time by DPD and the tracking clearly shows this on the DPD tracking site. Amazon SS is an absolute joke but I guess they are meeting the SS standards.

On the webinar Amazon said it is only a category suspension, not a full suspension, if you’re below 95%. They seem incapable of grasping the fact that, unlike Amazon who operate across multiple categories, most of us smaller sellers only operate in a small few. So a category suspension is effectively a full suspension. And if one category is below 95%, I’m pretty sure the others will be too. We’re now at 5% VTR, despite buying ALL our postage directly from Amazon via Buy Shipping. We’ve had cases open for weeks now and quite frankly the position has moved beyond being unacceptable. Working on the basis that if we do get suspended…and it’s likely to be yet another Amazon auto bot that strikes…am sure that’s probably the only VTR fix they will get right…then I’d predict Amazon will be flooded with POA requests and you’ll then be seeing huge backlogs to clear. Just look at verification and the issues that causes. We’re already making contingency plans, but if we are forced to move to other platforms we won’t be returning in a hurry.

Hello @Thhebo123
Thanks for reaching out to Amazon Seller Forum.
As you have queries about Valid Tracking Rate (VTR), when selling on Amazon, Selling Partners are required to provide valid tracking for every order. Amazon defines ‘valid’ tracking as tracking with more than one scan from “integrated carriers”.
Selling Partner can find Amazon’s integrated carrier list in the “Valid Tracking Rate FAQ”
As per Amazon Policy, VTR should be above 95% all the time. If VTR falls below 95%, then your account will be at the risk of getting deactivated.
You can find the VTR policy here -
