Xpress Yourself Cards

Does anyone else sell Xpress Yourself Cards on Amazon?

Is so do you have any idea what is happening. All of the cards appear to have changed over night with the brand name changed, titles changed, browse nodes changed and bullet points/descriptions removed

Everything is now so generic and boring about the listings all the personal touches that describe the words inside, describe what the card looks like have all gone. Also information such as the size of the card no longer appears on some listings.

I don’t sell their greeting cards (though they are lovely so I’m tempted when I find some time and get caught up on what I have at the moment) though I do sell their wallet cards and have checked a few this morning, they are correctly branded though some of the titles have been reduced to as few as 2 words! and a lot of the bullet points have been removed and replaced with 1 or 2 words

Please do.

I’ve tried changing the titles and bullet points again but doubt it will help, will let you know in 15 mins, but on a few of them my titles and bullet points are already there, but the new title and bullet points and search keywords are “winning” the listing

I have the same, though thankfully not as bad as you, I only have about a dozen of their plastic credit card keepsake cards.

Most of which have now been renamed to “Footprints XY25” with no description and the bullet point of simply “wallet card” with search keywords of “wallet card” there is a very very low chance of this item now selling.

Worse than that some of them have had their bullet point and search keywords changed to “graveside card” these are NOT graveside cards and while they probably would not be damaged at a graveside being made of plastic, it is not their intended purpose, they are much to tiny and would be lost (graveside cards are by default 10x15cm, these are 5.5x8.5cm - the same as a credit card.

There is no mention now of the size of the product, the fact that they come with little envelopes, that they are made out of plastic etc… basically all the information a customer might want to know has been removed and replaced with 2 words that in some products are completely unrelated and misleading to buyers.

I am genuinely concerned now that someone will buy these products thinking they are graveside cards, and be annoyed when that is not what they will receive.

I really hope they are not planning on retailing, as that is the lowest of the low in my opinion (to compete with your customers)

I have opened up a case too, I don’t expect to get anywhere but maybe its logged somewhere that there are multiple complaints against that brand and a human will look at it.

I had seen their cards and thought they were lovely, but hadn’t branched out into a new line, and I’m glad I didn’t. I won’t bother if that is the state of listings. I wouldn’t have bothered anyway if they were going to retail.

I’m not getting anywhere, Am being told that the brand owner controls the listing.

I have now asked if there is any chance they will give me a free removal on the listings that now state the product is 10 x 15cm when it isn’t (and they have it in their possession to confirm that). The listings were changed AFTER I sent my stock to FBA.

Not expecting to get anywhere, but its crazy that someone can change a listing from one thing to something completely different and we have to pay to remove the stock that we listed correctly so as not to upset customers now the listing implies the product is completely different.

Well Ive had the standard tuff, brand owner controls the page, we will not respond anymore.

Going to have to pay for the removals I suppose since these are now completely different products

I have closed the listings and wrote to the MD, though I don’t expect to get anywhere.

If this was a FBM listing it wouldn’t be so bad, but it really pains me to have to pay a removal fee for all these to be sent to a friend in Scotland, then postage feed for her to send them back to me all for something that shouldn’t have happened and is completely out of my control.

It is genuinely making me worried about FBA.

What software is it you pay for that watches for changes if you don’t mind me asking?

To add insult to injury some of the “fine” ones are now search suppressed because they are missing a required attribute of colour.

And guess what… the brand owner controls the listing so I can’t even add the colour…

I’m now waiting to be told I don’t have approval to sell “Sensations / Xpress Yourself” and of course I won’t get approval because none of the products have Sensations on them…

Honestly a week ago I was all optimistic about my future here… now I’m a mix between deflated, annoyed, frustrated and completely demoralised…
