Product Authenticity Violation Received
I received a product authenticity violation notification from Amazon for two different products. These products have not been sold, as I am currently engaged in dropshipping. According to the comments, it is stated that I need to obtain a brand owner authorization letter.
How can I acquire the brand owner authorization letter?
Thank you.

listing a product for sale shows intent to sell…which is why you received that violation regardless of units sold or not.
As for getting the authorization letter, you will need to contact the brand owner.Highly unlikely you will get one considering you are dropshipping…which is the single fastest way to get your account suspended.

Hi,
To address the product authenticity violation and obtain a brand owner authorization letter, follow these steps:
1. Contact the Brand Owner: Reach out to the official distributor or brand owner directly and request a letter authorizing you to sell their products. The letter should include:
• Confirmation of your authorization to sell their products.
• Details of the products you’re approved to sell.
2. Provide Supporting Documents: If applicable, include invoices or purchase orders as proof of your relationship with the supplier.
3. Submit to Amazon: Once you have the letter, submit it through the “Account Health” section in Seller Central under the specific violation.
If you’re dropshipping, ensure your supplier can provide the necessary documentation to avoid future issues.

Hello @Seller_O11yGZ677omqz
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent authenticity concerns that have impacted your account. I know it can be frustrating to attempt to resolve this type of concern when you have not even sold the product. I do want to provide some insight to better assist you in this process.
As mentioned by @Seller_zeFcCxS46gcIy, when you list a product, you are informing our team of the intention to sell the product. This will come with the expectation that you have all the necessary authorization and authenticity documentation for each listing. If this information is requested, and it cannot be provided, we cannot guarantee that our team will be able to proceed in the process.
We do encourage you to provide what you have for review so that our team may review your set up and make a determination.
Best,
Atlas
