Section 3 Suspension - Reply Time
Hello,
Can anyone help on a section 3 issue, we have been waiting nearly a week for a response back to our case and no reply as of yet, this is just crippling us; to the point we me may have to make staff unemployed.
We have these 2 reasons
- To provide inaccurate information to Amazon or our customers
-- To attempt to or to circumvent the Amazon sales process
This was never our intention and something we want to get resolved as quickly as possible and answer any questions amazon has.
Our customer service / feedback is excellent (1000) - does this get taken into account when they review?

You probably need to understand in advance what it is amazon believe you might have done. Is there any reason you can think that amazon might believe you provided inaccurate info or attempted to circumvent the amazon sales process?
