Why would you want to do that? Not only would you have an invalid supply chain, no invoices, and nothing to back you up when you get a Section 3 suspension, you pay more by buying from a retailer, instead of a wholesaler, eating into your profit margins.

As mentioned by Jpart2, purchasing items retail and reselling without authorization goes against Amazon's policies. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Per Amazon's Condition guidelines, sellers must be able to provide invoices from an authorized distributor or manufacturer to list branded products. Retail receipts alone are not sufficient. This helps ensure products sold are authentic and come through the authorized supply chain.
If you list items without authorization, your account risks suspension per Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct. I would not recommend attempting this, as suspensions are difficult to overturn.
Instead, I would suggest reaching out to brands directly to apply for reselling authorization, or focusing on listing products that do not require additional approval.
