Selling partners are required to offer safe products and are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and Amazon policies.
they send me this even when i have provided them with all the necessary details also amazon is asking electrical industry to submit food and product safety certificate.

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, I have looked into the case and found that you received this response several days ago, I can see that you submitted additional appeals on this matter.
While I can't see which documents are pending to be reviewed, I wanted to ask if you sent additional documentations in the pending appeals? As @Seller_GpapswAMcO0Wu mentioned, the BIS certificate is part of the required documents to appeal this, as per: String lights.
We are currently unable to expedite the compliance review, but if you are denied again, and you consider that you meet all the requirements (documents included), please let me know.
