fba and Lower total price, but unable to obtain shopping cart
My product is delivered by FBA, but the sum of FBM's product and shipping cost is higher than mine, so I still cannot get a shopping cart.
For example, my FBA price is 10, while someone else's FBM product price is 5, and the shipping cost is 10, total is 15. In this situation, I cannot obtain a shopping cart.
Is there an error in the system algorithm.

Hello,
Thanks for your post and for using the Seller Forums.
While I am not provided with details of how the algorithm works I can provide you with general guidance. Being the lowest price and/or having your items fulfilled by Amazon do not guarantee you will become the featured offer. It is determined on a number of factors. You can find more information on the following help page: Featured Offer eligibility.
This help page will give some tips of how to improve your chances but again there is no guarantee that you will become the featured offer: Becoming the Featured Offer.
Regards,
Jessica
