over 150 pending orders
Hi sellers,
I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue for several weeks and I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or can point me in the right direction.
I consistently have over 100 pending orders in my account, sometimes more. The majority are for multiple units (2 or 3) of the same ASIN, especially B09XWHJYSK, but it’s affecting all of my ASINs.
Most of these pending orders appear to be Subscribe & Save, and many of them are weeks old, never converting to shipped or canceled. I’ve already contacted Seller Support, but the responses have been vague or unhelpful. They’ve referred me to report a violation, but the process has led me in circles.
I’ve also tried:
Limiting order quantity per customer to 1
Reviewing and updating listings
Attempting to remove ASINs from Subscribe & Save (no option is visible)
Despite these steps, the problem persists and is starting to feel like possible abuse or a glitch. I’ve attached screenshots in my case with support, but I’m getting no clear guidance.
Has anyone faced something similar?
Is there a verified way to remove ASINs from Subscribe & Save?
Could this be a sign of fraudulent activity?
What else can I do to protect my account and prevent this from escalating?
Any help, insights, or direct steps would be appreciated. This is urgent and potentially harming my business.
Thank you.

Hello @Seller_t9XWmtcFiv3Vb,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a look at what is going on. Can you provide the case ID's you have opened and shared screenshots in? I would like to start with what you have already provided to support and see where I can take it from there.
Also, to remove ASINs from Subscribe & Save, you can follow the instructions on the Subscribe & Save selection management help page. I have also copy/pasted the process below:
Product removal requests
- When you submit a removal request, and there is no suitable replacement or substitute provided, we'll cancel all customer Subscribe & Save subscriptions of the requested product.
- To remove a product from the Subscribe & Save program, go to Manage Products and select Remove product in the Action drop-down menu.
Looking forward to diving in and helping.
Best, Dougal
