Utility Bills

Amazon is asking me for an invoice even though my company is registered in the USA and I live in the UK. How can I prove to them that I have an invoice from a place where I don't live?

Hello @Seller_TGhIRbxelTTWo,

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

Have you had the chance to take a look at this help page? It contains a full guidance on the documents you have to provide to continue selling on Amazon.

A utility bill must contain the below details:

  • Must include holder’s name and address
  • Must include service provider’s name, address and logo (if logo is applicable)
  • Must include issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable)
  • Must be issued within the past 90 days
  • Be authentic and unaltered
  • Must not be password-protected
  • Be in one of these supported languages: Arabic, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese. If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarised translation in a supported language along with the original document.
  • The account holder’s name and address in at least one of the documents must match the information entered in Seller Central

Kind regards,

Sarah.
