The suspension is self inflicted. You are allowed ONE account unless the second account is selling something entirely different.
You have to fix whatever the first account was suspended for.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering (including the MODS) will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
