All accounts need to be re-verified periodically. I've been selling on here for 17 years and had to go through re-verification earlier this year.
You just need to provide what they have asked for - usually it is confirmation of your UTR or another document from HMRC, but the email will tell you what they need. Others have found that even though they ask for power of attorney, uploading an HMRC document is accepted.
Mine was completed in about 48 hrs.

Hope you haven’t purchased that because that’s purely a document to verify that you give permission for someone else to make decision for you should you lack mental capacity for any reason.
