I sent a customer wrong book how to do I send the correct one?
I have correct book but when I look at the order I can’t see a way of buying another shipping. I am very new to this Pro seller posting my items myself using Amazon shipping options.
As far as the book my customer has what is the best way to get it back? Arrange a courier to collect? Is there a proper way to do it through Amazon? Oh this book I mistakenly sent them is possibly worth £32 and the one I should have sent around £16 so I would really like to get it back.

Send the buyer a message and ask them to send it back at your cost and offer to send them a label (or do it via amazon returns) and make sure to send the correct book as well. You can either buy postage at the post office or use click and drop to create and pay for a new label. Just remember to get it sent as soon as possible as if its a new account you wouldnt want negative feedback for sending the wrong thing
