Returned items to me

Why does Amazon accept obviously well worn items and refunds the people??? I have 2 pair of shoes that are worn, 1 obviously worn for quite awhile. I'm so irritated, what do I do with these now??????

You can open a Safe-T claim but you will have to have significant proof, such as photos (taken yourself, not stock photos) of the item in it's original condition as well as the condition it was returned in. It doesn't always work but it is worth trying.

If this was a FBM Order as mention @Seller_qTJiCxRI8PpIZ you can file for a SAFE T claim.

At Amazon’s sole discretion, you may be issued a reimbursement in cases where Amazon determines that you were not at fault.
