Not sure what your question is.
If the buyer is not happy with the book, they may return it for refund. They don't even need a reason.

Bookwormapril provided you with a good response: buyers can return items for lots of reasons, including not being satisfied with the item they received. Most items purchased on Amazon.com can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
