We want to draw your attention regarding the theft cases of high value products during in transit. Our entire shipment is missing from the received return package. The main units are missing and replaced by different products. There were 12 different units received instead the actual units were missing in transit and replaced by different products. The package seems to be tempered at the time of receiving the package. We opened the same in front of the Bluedart delivery executive and found the all 12 units were missing and replaced by different products. We have attached the Return POD sheet with mentioning that the package is tempered and 12 wrong units were received inside the return package, images covering all sides of the box and the video evidence link while opening the return package but got no resolution from Amazon support declining the reimbursement with no valid resolution. We raised the case multiple times but no resolution we got from there even after submitting all the required proofs. It's been more than 2 month and they keep on asking the same things which we have already submitted multiple times. Any loss or damages to the products during in transit, sellers are eligible to get there reimbursement for there loss, And these fraudulent activities leads to seller doubt for safety of the products in the amazon warehouse.

We are also facing the same problem, and don't know why Amazon is not interested in investigating such cases. They just ignore it. It's very surprising. We have 10-15 such cases in the last year. And value of each order is 4K-10K.

we are facing on fake order issue past 3 years and fraud order received in specific state of rajasthan, courier return parcel fraud is very high also Amazon safety claim team denied the claim and said exceed acceptable limit but we are puting only 4 claim in last 30 days this was very Big big negative experience and not followed policy by safety claim team this was very very poor experience.we are saying many time about this complain stop courier return parcel fraud but Amazon not action against responsible person.
