Two factor nightmare
I had to switch the number for my cell phone due to fraud. I have filled out Amazon's form for resetting 3 times and nothing happens. I have called 7 times at least with absolutely no result. I am very concerned about waking up one day to find I will not be able to access my amazon account and getting fired. Every time I call, I get the same response which is that "Seller Support cannot help with this issue, and the people that do do not have a phone number to call." How do I break the ice on this?

This page: Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails should help. If that does not help with the issue, can you please share with me the most recent seller support case?
