My account was deactivated even though all the products were genuine.
The invoice and all documents related to the 3 ASINs were requested from me by Aamzon. I was buying all the products on Amazon US platform and selling them on Amazon Canada platform. I sent all the information and documents. I have never had a seller account before. No customer has ever complained to me that the products are fake. All products were genuine, but Amazon deactivated my account. How can I open my account and get the money from my account?
Coming email "Thank you for your appeal. After reviewing the information, we have decided that your seller account will remain deactivated as in accordance with Section 3 of "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement". Ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.
Why did this happen?.
We have taken this measure on your account as we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity."

Does not matter if your products are genuine. Amazon does not want Sellers buying on amazon.com to resell on amazon.ca

With this information, and help from an internal team, I have better ability to research your specific situation.
I understand you are a fairly new Seller. I wish this had not been your experience. Amazon offers free training to ALL Sellers through Seller University.
One of the first things you learn is you must always be able to provide an acceptable Invoice:Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation You also must be able to show Supply Chain: Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements to prove you have the approval from the Brand or Manufacture to sell your items.
If you are not able to provide the requested documents, such as a LOA, you may not be able to reactivate your account.
