Amazon MCF SLA Issues

Has anyone been experiencing very high Amazon MCF SLA issues? Almost 1 out of every 50 orders, the package is still processing 2-3 days past the "latest ship date" and there is no tracking # provided. Opening a ticket is useless because support just says it is processing. I end up cancelling those orders and re-sending them for fulfillment so it is almost as if nothing had been done to start the order previously.

And I am even paying for expedited service, however, 15-25% of my orders never meet the 3 days SLA time. Is there any way for me to get some sort of reimbursement for those that miss the SLA or have Amazon MCF accountable for them?

Good morning @Seller_EWNrve3xipkzo,

Thanks for taking the time to raise this here on the forums. I haven't seen this widely reported, so hopefully it's a temporary issue.

When you open a ticket, are you connecting with the MCF team for assistance? You can use this link to do so (you'll just input the order number). This will get you in contact with the MCF team directly who may be better suited to assist than general Seller Support!
