ASIN has been identified as a misbranded ASIN
My main ASIN has been removed. I didn't get an email or a notification about it. All I get from customer service is:
"This ASIN has been identified as a misbranded ASIN, the brand on the detail page does not match the brand of the product. Due to the misbranding associated with this product, it is not eligible for reinstatement and that all products need to be listed under the correct brand that is tied to the product in question."
This listing represents 54% of our revenue, we're a 7 figure seller. This doesn't make sense at all.

I think the explanation is pretty straight forward, the question is if it is valid or not.
Do you own or represent the brand of the product in the ASIN in question?

Yes it does. If I see on the picture "Coca-Cola", I do NOT want to receive Pepsi-Cola.

We are in same shoe and our items are not misbranded. they removed 100% of our listings. They technically shut down our account without deactivating it. do you have any progress?
