We got a TRO , and then we contact the right owner's lawyer and pay the settlement fee. Count withdrew the lawsuit on 30th August. Mail noticed to amazon. My account's fund is still on held after 64 days. We had contacted amazon team and lawyer about it. But noboday can help and my question.I am very disappointed with Amazon's work efficiency. Thank you for your post, I see there was a temporary restraining order (TRO) which appears to have been resolved already.
Typically, when there's a TRO received, they need to be resolved externally, once completed the original complainant will be required to provide us the resolution or confirmation of withdraw.
You did mention "Mail noticed to amazon", what are you referring to? Did you send confirmation of resolution or did the original complainant?
If they have not notify us of the resolution, I would encourage reaching out to them or your legal council on requesting they do.
Once we receive confirmation of the resolution, we can at that point review the situation and take the appropriate steps.
If you can confirm they did communicate with us, can you provide any case ID, or dates they reached out so we can look further into it?
