Deactivated Account no assistance
I'm still deactivated from an IP complaint but no longer selling those products.
It's unfair that they do not respond and are stopping my account being activated to sell other brands .
Please can anyone help?
Please provide any one of the below documents for proving authenticity of your listings:
-- A DMCA compliant counter-notice, if applicable. A DMCA counter-notice is valid only for copyright notices received in the US.
-- A letter of authorization (LOA) or licensing agreement (LA) from the rights owner indicating that you are authorized to use their intellectual property. You can find the contact information of the rights owner in the listing deactivation communication you have received.
I do not intend to sell those products moving forward but it seems I'm still being asked for this.
Please can anyone assist.
Thanks
Patrick

You are posting multiple duplicate threads on the same issue. I don't think anyone can offer any advice that hasn't been provided before unfortunately.
The issue is you did sell some products that have received an IP complaint.
You either provide the LOA (which you've stated the IP complainant won't provide) or you get amazon to accept a plan of action (looking at previous threads, the three step POA has been shared). Have you tried sharing the plan of action?
If they aren't accepting that and simply asking for the LOA, then that is what is needed. You could try managingdirector@amazon.co.uk or Mediation as a next step.
