Deactivated Account : How to Reactivate when Amazon doesn't accept your supplier invoices?
Amazon asked me to submit supplier invoices to prove authenticity of the products in question but I already sent them they keep saying it's not enough. I don't have any other document to provide, I also asked them to just delete the product from my product listings. They removed all my product listings but only questioning 2. My funds are on hold, I have a lot of inventory in Amazon Warehouse Germany and I have no way to call Amazon to clarify what else is needed to appeal my account and get it reactivated. They also keep saying different things in Performance notifications like I have multiple accounts which I do but these are 2 different registered business in 2 countries (UK and Switzerland). I just don't know what else they need from me or how I can contact someone from Amazon directly. My Account Health is also "Healthy" and there are no pending policy violations. What else is needed??

Deleting the items in question doesn't take away the infringement. If you can't prove they are authentic (ie proper invoices from the manufacturer or authorised dealer) then I dont think Amazon will release the funds or the items in question I'm afraid.
