Notification email when item is sold
iI am not getting a message through when an item is sold. Can somebody please advise how to do this. I have gone into notifications, my email address is next to the sold notification. The box is ticked but it is grey. What am I doing wrong. I have pressed save but nothing is happening. Have sold today but again no notification has come through.

Are you relying on the 'Sold dispatch now' emails ?
You are far better going in to your seller homepage and seeing orders there, as sometimes the emails can be delayed.
Have you gone into 'Notification options' in the dropdown from the cogwheel icon ? There you select notification via email. Did you click on the 'edit' tab for your order notifications - try that and make sure your email is not greyed out.
